Guide to the Certification Process

These are the rules which we have to apply to the certification process which are imposed upon us by our ISO/IEC 17021:2011 accreditation. As part of the Application Form you sign that you have read, understood and accept these rules.

These terms and conditions of sale apply to all work undertaken by ISOComply. They form part of our contract with you when you appoint us.

CA-08 Terms and Conditions of Sales

This form should be used to transfer and /or extend your existing certification from another Accredited Certification Body.

As required by law, the dispute resolution procedure sets out the procedure for resolving disputes between ISOComply and its’ customers.

CA-09 Dispute Resolution Procedure

Once certified you are able to use logo’s which signify the standard to which you have been audited. Download this document once you obtain your Certificate, read and understand the contents, and sign / date a copy and return to ISOComply either by email (scanned) or post.
